For the smooth conduct of University Examinations College examinations officer is appointed by the Principal and he will be responsible for conduct of examinations. Pre examination work is basically related to preparation of schedule of internal examination.

• 1)  To arrange printing of stationary required for examination.
• 2)  To prepare and display in advance the schedule of internal and term end examinations for academic year.
• 3)  To check the examination forms before submission
• 4)  Differentiates examination forms according to the faculty.
• 5)  Distribution of hall tickets to the students
• 6)  To collect the examination material from the University sub-centre
• 7)  To prepare practical examination schedule for first year B.Sc.

• 1)   Appointment of Internal Squad
• 2)   Preparation of block wise summary and seating arrangement.
• 3)  Online downloading Question papers from SPP University web link for UG & PG Examination.

• 1)   To distribute the answer papers to the respective subject teacher
• 2)   To collect the corrected answer books from examiners.
• 2)   Preparation of internal Mark list.
• 3)  Distribution of remuneration of staff involve in the examination procedure.
